ThunderBall continues to pursue international co-production relationships with various countries around the world for the purpose of acquiring, developing, producing and distributing, through collaboration of stories with international appeal to be shot entirely or partially outside of the USA as they relate to films, television, new media or digital projects that have commercial potential.
The co-production partners will work together to secure the necessary development-production financing to produce, market and distribute the project worldwide.
ThunderBall, as a company, continues to actively seek additional co-production, co-financing and distribution from numerous domestic and international partners to create exciting global entertainment. For those interested in submitting packaged projects for potential Co-production with ThunderBall, the following elements are required via email to determine the financial feasibility and marketability of the project(s):
A. Synopsis only (Script will be requested once the package is reviewed)
B. Budget and Schedule (Full is preferred, however, initially, if not available, the Top Sheet is acceptable)
C. Director and credits (if attached)
D. Cast and Crew (should be bankable talent and of course, if an A-list talent is formally attached, then please confirm participation) with appropriate LOI or Deal Memorandum attached
E. Equity financing in place or committed through LOI and % of equity available or committed to current investors
F. Distributor or Sales Agent commitment via LOI or Deal Memorandum
G. Business Plan (with all the aforementioned) then this is acceptable in lieu of numbers A-G above if included in this document.
